Just as Churches are primarily spiritual, so is Charity. Yet, we read in the Teachings for the New Church:<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat is charity? Each one of you can understand that charity is spiritual in its essence, and natural in its practices.\u201d (True Christian Religion\u00a0459)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Church in its essence is Spiritual and Natural in practice. Money is a natural way to support the Church, even though the core of what we do is Spiritual.<\/p>\n

Thank you for all you to do improve the vitality of the church!<\/span><\/p>\n

Go to the General Church website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On that page, you\u2019ll see there are lots of different ways to do this.<\/p>\n

Fill out the form beneath the \u201cDonating Online\u201d heading. Where it says, \u201cPlease direct my support\u201d click the drop-down menu and select \u201cLocal Church Congregation.\u201d It will then ask you for information like name and email etc. When you click \u201ccontinue\u201d you will be asked for optional comments. In this field, write \u201cContributions: Midwest USA District.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

At Church on Sunday you can put\u00a0Cash\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0Checks\u00a0<\/strong>in the offertory bowl.<\/p>\n

If you are writing a check, make it out to the \u201cMidwest New Church\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Giving stock<\/div>\n

On the General Church website<\/a>, there is information on how to give stock, but very important to it working is contacting Mark Wyncoll. When a gift of stock appears in the General Church account, it does not let them know where to put the proceeds. By Contacting Mark, you can specify where you would the money go.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
